Week 13 – Hold on to that thought!

It is the week of Christmas and time is short with so many extra items on my plate as my family gets ready to host family and friends.

So my thought for this week is focused on the 15 minute sit and the knowledge that we can’t just have positive thoughts and focus on our DMP for only 15 minutes per day.

We must use the sit to jump start our focus on the inner world and then use all the other tools at our disposal to stay positive and focus on our DMP 24*7.

The new gratitude cards have been a tremendous help in keeping me on target and the mental diet keeps all the negative thoughts away.
